Fifteen communities across the Wareham area, all run from one yard in East Wareham. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 2892 Cranberry Hwy in East Wareham, right on Cranberry Highway. That location decides the shape of our day: the villages of Wareham — Onset, East and West Wareham, Wareham Center, Swifts Beach, Point Independence and Weweantic — are usually same-day, and the neighboring towns we cover — Bourne, Buzzards Bay, Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Carver, Plymouth and Middleborough — are typically same- or next-day depending on how far out the address sits. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
The seven villages of Wareham share the town's own authorities — and dumpster permits run through the Wareham or Onset fire district that covers the address — while the neighboring towns are each a full Massachusetts town with its own elected Select Board, fire department and DPW. Plymouth County still has a county government, but it does not issue dumpster permits. Each community page below names the correct governing office for a street or dumpster permit, along with the access, housing stock and local landmarks we actually run into there.

All 15 communities from our East Wareham yard: the villages of Wareham — Onset, East and West Wareham, Wareham Center, Swifts Beach, Point Independence and Weweantic — plus the neighboring towns of Bourne (with Buzzards Bay), Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Carver, Plymouth and Middleborough. The Wareham villages are the quickest; the farther inland spots are usually next-day.
Distance is a real cost, so a delivery to a farther town is not priced the same as one in Wareham. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
The fire district and the town — not the county. For a Wareham address (including its villages), any dumpster over six cubic yards needs a permit under 527 CMR 1.00 from the fire district covering it (Wareham Fire District or Onset Fire District), and the town handles any obstruction permit for street placement. Each neighboring town — Bourne, Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester and the rest — handles its own through its fire department and DPW. Plymouth County has a county government but does not issue these permits. Always confirm current requirements with the governing office before placement.
After a coastal storm — a hurricane, tropical system or nor'easter — and during the busy summer visitor season and the shoulder-season rush of seasonal-rental turnovers, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. Active construction sites book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and any steep or narrow access, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 15 communities listed on this page, from the Wareham villages through the surrounding Wareham-area towns on our list. If your address is close to that footprint but not listed, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
