Roll-off containers delivered from our 2892 Cranberry Hwy yard to fifteen communities across Greater Wareham and Plymouth County — from the villages of Wareham out to Marion, Mattapoisett, Bourne and Rochester. Flat rates with the disposal included, four sizes from 10 to 30 yards, and a phone number that reaches somebody who knows your street, your driveway, and how the area's sandy ground and summer traffic change a delivery.
Mon–Sat 7:00am – 7:00pm
Wareham Dumpster Rental Group runs out of a yard on 2892 Cranberry Hwy, a short run from Wareham Center and the Cranberry Highway corridor in East Wareham. We started after seeing the same pattern too often — missed drop-offs, confusing pricing, or poor communication right when someone needed help the most. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we actually hit. A person on the phone rather than a form on a website.
Wareham sits at the head of Buzzards Bay, where the Cape Cod Canal meets the mainland — the "Gateway to Cape Cod." The ground here is sandy glacial outwash threaded with cranberry bogs, salt marsh and kettle ponds, sitting over the Plymouth-Carver sole-source aquifer, one of the region's most important groundwater systems. Dig a footing and you hit sand, not the ledge or heavy clay of inland Massachusetts, and the water table runs close to the surface in the low ground near the bogs and the bay. It is also an exposed coast that takes weather straight off Buzzards Bay — hurricanes and tropical systems in late summer and fall, nor'easters in winter — so our process is built around fast storm-debris turnaround and the area's seasonal rhythm, not just clear pavement. Disposal is practically a neighbor: the SEMASS resource-recovery facility and the Wareham transfer station both sit on Cranberry Highway in West Wareham, the same road as our yard. Beyond Wareham and its villages, our service area reaches the neighboring towns of Bourne (with Buzzards Bay), Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Carver, Plymouth and Middleborough — each a genuine Massachusetts town with its own elected Select Board and DPW. Plymouth County still has a county government, but dumpster and street permits are a town and fire-district matter — and in Wareham specifically, any container of six cubic yards or larger needs a permit from the Wareham or Onset fire district covering the address. We'll tell you honestly which office applies before the truck rolls.
Whatever you are clearing — coastal storm debris, an estate cleanout, a new-construction site or a re-roofing job — the container exists for it. Call (774) 355-5829 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works
Most bookings take under four minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or jobsite. If the surface needs protection we will say so before we set it down.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean metal, concrete and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than landfilled where we can. You get your driveway or lot back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which Wareham side streets run tight when the summer beach traffic backs up, which surrounding town needs its own DPW sign-off before a container sits on a public way, and how much room a shared driveway out toward Onset or Weweantic actually gives us.
Our service area page lists every community we cover, and each has its own page covering access, permits and the local rules we run into — in Wareham, a fire-district permit (Wareham or Onset) for any container six cubic yards or larger, and the neighboring towns each under their own Select Board and DPW. Plymouth County still has a county government, but dumpster permits are always a town and fire-district matter.

Why us
The phone rings at our yard on 2892 Cranberry Hwy in East Wareham, right on Cranberry Highway. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight Onset side street and a wide-open lot out toward Rochester.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most orders in the Wareham villages go out the same day. Bourne, Marion and the closer towns are usually same- or next-day; farther spots like Plymouth and Middleborough are more often next-day — honestly, and in advance.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a narrow street, a shared driveway, or a busy commercial site needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your concrete load, that is what we will quote you.
Wareham sits at the head of Buzzards Bay, so the real risk here is coastal — hurricanes and tropical systems through late summer and fall, plus the nor'easters that drive wind, rain and downed limbs across the region. We turn storm-debris containers around fast, and we know the area's other rhythm too: the summer-season and seasonal-cottage turnover around Onset and the beaches that fills driveways with cleanouts every shoulder season.

Wareham Dumpster Rental Group is locally owned and still runs out of one yard. The number on this page reaches the Wareham yard, not an answering service in another state.
Close to the yard across the villages of Wareham and out over Bourne, Marion, Mattapoisett, Plymouth and the other communities on our list. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book, not after.
Clean metal, concrete and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever the local facilities allow it — good practice, and required for several material categories under Massachusetts's own statewide waste disposal bans.

Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our East Wareham yard on Cranberry Highway across every corner of Wareham and the surrounding Greater Wareham area — all fifteen communities we cover. That means the villages of Wareham itself — Onset, East and West Wareham, Wareham Center, Swifts Beach, Point Independence and Weweantic — plus the neighboring towns of Bourne (including Buzzards Bay), Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Carver, Plymouth and Middleborough. The Wareham villages are usually same-day; the neighboring towns are typically same- or next-day. If your address is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.
Answers
Price depends on the container size, how heavy the material is, how long you keep it and how far the delivery address is from our yard — every job is genuinely different, so we don't publish a rate card. What we do instead is quote flat, out loud, on the phone: one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal, before the truck ever leaves our East Wareham yard. Call and describe the job for a firm price on that call.
Near the yard on 2892 Cranberry Hwy in East Wareham, a morning call is often a same-day delivery. The Wareham villages — East and West Wareham, Point Independence, Weweantic, Onset and Swifts Beach — are usually same-day; Marion, Bourne, Buzzards Bay and Mattapoisett typically run same- or next-day; farther inland spots like Rochester, Plymouth and Middleborough more often run next-day rather than same-day. Jobsite swap-outs get priority over new deliveries, because a full container stops a crew working.
There's one rule worth knowing before you book. Under the Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Safety Code (527 CMR 1.00), any dumpster of six cubic yards or larger needs a permit from the fire department — and Wareham is covered by two independent fire districts, the Wareham Fire District and the Onset Fire District, so the permit comes from whichever one covers your address (a small fee, usually straightforward). If the container has to sit on a public street or way rather than your own property, the town requires a separate obstruction permit. In the neighboring towns — Marion, Mattapoisett, Bourne, Rochester and the rest — each runs its own fire department and DPW process. Plymouth County still has a county government but does not issue dumpster permits; they're a town and fire-district matter. We'll tell you which office applies to your address before we deliver.
Paint, solvents, oils, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste are never allowed in a roll-off. On top of that, MassDEP's statewide waste disposal bans keep a long list of specific materials out of regular trash disposal altogether — asphalt, brick and concrete; metals and appliances; glass, metal and plastic containers; recyclable paper and cardboard; leaves and yard waste; whole tires; and, as of a genuinely recent change (November 2022), mattresses and textiles too. Our what-goes-in-a-dumpster guide walks through the full list.
A loaded roll-off is heavy, and boards go under the rails as standard on every placement to spread that weight out. Tell us if the surface is anything other than a standard driveway — a shared driveway, a steep grade, or soft sandy ground that's still soaked after a coastal storm — and we'll talk through the right placement before the truck arrives.
Volume and weight are two separate limits, and the material decides which one stops you first. Household clear-outs and construction offcuts run out of space, so size up. Concrete, brick, tile and soil run out of weight with the box barely a third full, so size down and fill it part way. The 20 yard suits most whole-project jobs; the 10 yard is the right answer for anything heavy.
Yes, all fifteen communities we cover. Wareham is the home town, and its villages — Onset, East and West Wareham, Wareham Center, Swifts Beach, Point Independence and Weweantic — all fall under the Town of Wareham, served by the Wareham and Onset fire districts. The neighboring communities — Bourne (with the village of Buzzards Bay), Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Carver, Plymouth and Middleborough — are separate Massachusetts towns, each with its own elected Select Board and DPW. Most sit in Plymouth County like Wareham; Bourne and Buzzards Bay are across the Cape Cod Canal in Barnstable County. Dumpster permits are always a town and fire-district matter, and we tell you honestly which office applies before anything is booked.
Wareham doesn't have a hard seasonal shutdown, but the area runs on its own rhythm. Summer is the busy season around Onset and the beaches, and the Cape-bound traffic on Routes 6, 28 and 25 builds through the gateway, so we favor early-morning delivery slots then. The shoulder seasons bring a rush of seasonal-cottage turnovers, and coastal storm season — hurricanes and tropical systems in late summer and fall, nor'easters in winter — can put storm-debris work on the calendar with little notice. Outside those windows, containers and scheduling are generally easier to line up.
